FIRST LEGO League Explore
In this season, children will embark on an exciting journey of discovery. Your team will explore how people share their hobbies and interests in creative and captivating ways.
Learn about the different places where people share their talents or go to enjoy a show.
The program uses LEGO WEDO and an exclusive Explore Set, which provide children with the materials they need to design, build, and program a LEGO model that will demonstrate their understanding of the theme.

What?
During the program, children will work in teams to complete a series of missions related to the theme MASTERPIECE. This is all based on culture and arts, so the children will be able to explore missions based on theatre shows, museums, ano music shows to name a few.
Through these missions, children will develop critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as learn about the basics of coding and robotics. They will also have the opportunity to participate in team-building exercises, and present their work to others in a friendly and supportive environment.
At the end of the season, teams will showcase their projects and compete in a culminating event at The Parkhouse Centre, Bude on 10th July 2024 where they will have the chance to demonstrate their creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.

Who?
FIRST LEGO League Explore is a program designed for children ages 6 to 10, which encourages them to explore STEM concepts and develop their problem-solving skills. Masterpiece is the theme for the 2023-2024 season of the program.

6 sessions from 5th June- 10th July. There will also be a showcase on 10th July which we encourage family members to attend
